Ideal Decor Rentals holds high standards of quality and care in our items. Our team is constantly providing maintenace to our items to maintain high quality decorations for your events! All of our items are rented "as is," and might be previously used at other events.
Our team can and will provide delivery, set up, and take down of our decorations as agreed upon between the client and Ideal Decor Rentals.
Our team at Ideal Decor Rentals will always be respectful to our clients, and expect respect in return. Any aggressive or vulgar actions or language will not be tolerated.
Our team will provide quality communication, understanding, and dedication to assist you in making your decoration dreams come true for your event!
Ideal Decor Rentals will provide you with our entire written contract on order, or at any time if requested.
Ideal Decor Rentals will collect a deposit at the time of an order being placed.
Final payment must be made at least 30 days prior to beginning of item rental agreement timeline.
If order is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the start of the rental period, Ideal Decor Rentals will refund any rental fees paid, minus the deposit. If the Client cancels less than 30 days prior to the start of the rental period, no refund will be provided. Ideal Decor Rentals reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to non-payment or breach of contract by the Client.
